been having problem with this ever since i hooked up kalk reactor....
the way its setup is feed pump in ato water is connecting via 1/4" tubing about 5' in length all the way to the kalk reactor ....i also hooked up a check valve back flow preventor in between the pump and reactor ......once or twice every other week i notice bunch of kalk powder in my ato...yesterday when i got home i saw water in my sump was way below the actual water line and ato container was full of water ...what it did it back siphoned three to 4 gallons of water from my sump into the ato container...dont really know what goin on

Is the line coming from your ATO under the water level in the sump? The line should be above the water level and drip down into the sump.

i can easily raise the tubing above the water line but what about it also back siphons from the kalk reactor ......and the tubing comes from the top is about 12" higher than kalk reactor

Correct. The end of the top-off tube where the water goes into the tank should be above the water level to prevent it from siphoning back into the ATO container. Back siphoning occurs when the ATO tube us below the water l;evel in the sump and the sump water level is above the ATO container water level.

To prevent the draining of the reactor, you should have a functioning one-way valve in place.
