I can’t get the video to play. I had some issues with my 3155 and members and Tunze sponsor helped me out.

I've been having issues with the the flot valve. Everytime the valve was at the bottom the sensor alarms and when it's all the way at the top it allows water to be pumped. Its like its reverse

Any chance it’s mounted upside down?

The threaded part should be on the bottom

Odd but it looks like the magnetic float is reversed and I don't mean an installation error as it's installed correctly. You could just flip the float sensor upside down which should solve it.

Is the magnet supposed to be on top of the float

I ended up separating both sensors to their own mounts. I wanted the mechanical float above the optics sensor for water changes.

Sounds like something was mounted upside down.
