Tunze Osmolator 3155 going crazy on me

Noticed my ato wasn’t working and the water level was below the sensor. I unplugged it and plugged it back in and the pump wouldn’t start (pump was replaced about 3 months ago too) and it just beeps constantly flashing red/green on the water level being too high. Here’s a video:

Osmolator 5017 error code

Hey guys I just sent an email to tunze about this but I figured maybe someone on here might know what's going on. Basicly I bought an Osmolator 5017 a few months back and have had no issues with it up untill today when after a DI tank fill I got an error code when plugging the controller back in....
