I purchased a used tunzie ozmolator (forget the exact model) several years ago and its been amazing! However, over the last week, its gone from an ATO to a MTO MANUAL TOP OFF.
Im pretty sure the electronic switch is dieing or is bad.
When the unit bugs out, itll sit there with the green light on and not trigger the pump until i power cycled the unit. Then it'll work for a bit then go back to the green light.
I went on tunzes site and their repair section appears to be only for new units. Does anyone here know anyone who could help or even know where I can get this fixed and dont have to go drop another 200 bucks for a new unit.

Send them an Email I’m sure one of their reps will reach out with a welcomed solution

So it shows level on the controller even when it's not?

This is not the same problem I had but I recently had to replace my pump. I was told they typically only last a couple of years. A new pump did fix my problem.

the pump is new and was installed about 3 months or so ago.

The unit will sit at the "level line" even though its down below both the optical sensor and float switch. Once I power cycle the Ozmolator, then it will kick on the pump. However, will only run for a minute or so before going back to "level line"
Power cycling the unit seems to be the only way of turning on the pump.

Tunze ATO control circuitry is programmed to turn the pump on few seconds every time you turn power on the unit. Clean the eye sensor with some vinegar make sure its spotless. Other then that get ahold of Roger at Tunze.

I had a similar issue when I bought a used unit, replaced the pump and it fixed the problem.
