I have a Osmolator that is maybe 2 years old. The pumps output reducer where the tubing is inserted slowly crumbled away. Does anyone know where I can buy just this part, or maybe have a part # directly from Tunze?

Has this happened to anyone else?

We don't sell this part by itself, but I bet if you reached out to Tunze, they'd be able to help. This is the contact info I have for them. Roger over there is very helpful.

Alternatively, this part does come with the pump if you purchase a replacement pump. For about $25, it might not be a terrible idea to go that route and then have a spare pump on hand if you ever need it in the future.

Easier still is to replace it with a push fit connector, and use RO/DI tubing.

Just don't remember if that still uses the little piece thats broken, or it hooks right up to the pump. And I'm to lazy to go look. lol

If you're using the 3/8" x 1/4" push connect fitting, you'll still need that piece.
