Maybe it is not the pump at all, but, rather the control box/power supply. I've used them for 15 years now, and, my oldest one croaked 6 months ago at 14.5 years age. I've had to replace the pumps periodically, but, this last time it was an issue with the PCB.

One way to test things is to take the two leads from the pump that are exposed, and touch them directly to the power jack (the part that plugs into the control unit) of the transformer. Put one wire on the outside of the jack that plugs into the control unit and the other wire on the inside of the jack. If the pump spins, there is a problem with the control unit. Polarity doesn't matter with this pump. If it does not spin, it is likely the power unit, because it is highly unlikely that three of the pumps don't work.
