Tunze osmolator sensor question

I had this osmolator for a week. And i noticed that my warer on the sensor is a bit higher than the sensor itself. I was wondering if its operating normally for that height or not?

No water should barely touch it. Thats what shuts it off.

Are you saying it fills to that level then shuts off?

Mine barely touches that water then it ***** the pump off. That height looks weird.

Do you have the secondary float switch that comes with it?

I do its mounted on the other side on different magnet. A bit higher when i do feed mode for my return pump
