Just swapped r/o holding container from a small 2 gallon bucket to a 35 gallon container. Woke up this morning to the high water alarm going off on the Tunze and an extra 2 inches of water in the sump. Unplugged and emptied some water, reset and plugged in the ato. I got it to turn on and shut off, when it shuts off the fill hose continues to drip unless I manually lift the fill hose straight up in the air. I never had any problems with it before, anyone have any ideas how to fix it?

Sounds as though it is siphoning. Do you have the fill hose above the water level of the sump? You have to have that air gap to prevent siphoning.

The fill hose goes over the side all the way to the ground and then back over the side of the sump. Not sure how to get it any better than that.

Yea this can happen w/ any ato, just have to watch your water line level as mentioned above.

Same dripping problem!

Ok, think I can work with that! Thanks guys

Hi everyone,
I just installed the Tunze Osmolator in sump and am experiencing the same continuous dripping and overfill problem. The filler line is above the water but I am unsure what I may have setup incorrectly. The pump is in a 20 gallon bucket, comes out and into the cabinet and then up into the refugium - it is clamped onto the side and is hanging just above the water level. Hoping for help!
