So i have this guy that wants to sell his Tunze 6045 to me for $65 shipped (says he only used for 5months, looks very clean) but it doesnt have the titanium alloy shaft. Is it worth it or should i pass? Thanks guys

Strictly up to you. You could get a new one with the titanium shaft for about $90 but Tunze makes a great product, titanium shaft or not.

Did he buy it new? Does it have the newer silence clamp? I think that if it doesn't, it may be older than the 5 month's it was in use. I think I'd offer $50 shipped. I have two 6065's and two 6025's, that have been in use for years, without a problem. So, they do make a good product.
