Tunze Stream 3 Failing

I got two Tunze Stream 3 running for about 7 months now, and yesterday one of them just turned off. Opened it up, and see major damage on the bearing. Anyone know how to fix this?

The OP is located in Norway.....maybe best if he contact a local Tunze distributor in Norway, or go right to Germany. Let's see what @rvitko has to say.

Deffinitely sounds like a warranty claim.

I would either reach out to the retailer, the local distributor, or consider moving this thread to the Tunze forum.

Yeah locally it's no use as 50% of LFS in Norway is bankrupt including the one I bought the pumps. I sent an email to tunze hopefully they will fix the issue fast.

Same here for many LFS.

Ever since internet it’s really hard for local stores to compete. However I am more than sure that Tunze will make it right. Take a look at the web site and I’m sure you can find a contact there in some way that can help you or direct you.
