Tunze stream 3 noise between 40 - 55%

I have been running two Tunze Stream 3 for the past year, and one of them has been running flawlessy. After changing one cause of a bad bearing, I got a new pump from Tunze, but after that I cant get rid of a vibration sound when the pump hit 40% to 55%. Below its completely quiet, above its just the "wind sound".

Any idea if its possible to get rid of the rattling at around 40% and any other experienced this?
