Tunze wavebox???

Well i was thinking of getting a tunze 6215 any opinions or thoughts?

I have never had one myself but have seen them in action. From what I have seen they are awesome and worth the money.

I got a nanowavebox. Best piece of equipment I ever owned:

How do you make them?

Pretty much make a small box and drill a hole in the front to the size of the stream you are using and drop a pump it and pull just the front out of the stream and it locks it in place hang in the tank with the magnet from the tunze and your in business....

That kinda freaks me out...anyone worried of the pressure of the wave loosening the tank seams?

I have one on my 240 with a slave for extra flow on the bottom of the tank and I love it. My acros and fish seem to love it the most.

I will dig mine out I have one Lee mad for me works like a champ I used mine on the 7095 controller there is a difference in the one for the wave box and the multi controller. faster on off time for the wave box I think 7091 I think ! I can get a good 2 inch wave with mine and 2 other 6100's in the tank 6 foot tank 30 inches wide.

Do you have any pix of your diy? Can I use any pump or must be a Tunze?
