Tunze witch is Skimmer

hi my Tunze skimmer just die so ..
Am thinking if i need to buy onother one , and ho is best skimmer or do i really need one?
My tank is 30 g
Kessill. 360. Tuna blue
Aquamaxx reactor with dr tim pearls
