I had a Tunze Osmolator ATO, the full sized one, not the nano one that just stopped working on me, about 3-4 years old. I tried about everything I could think of. Cleaned both the float switch and the eye sensor big time, they were sparkling after lol.

I ended up cutting the wiring and redoing it as it seemed to be super brittle probably from salt creep and what not, So it wasn't the wiring anymore, could have possibly been the pump, but when I got everything right then Controller was acting like there was a short somewhere (this was happening before I touched the wiring too) where it would flash between level and pump on, but the pump would never turn on.

I ended up messaging Roger @rvitko (tunze rep) on R2R and asking his advice. He had me try a few things and thinks its the sensor, told me to ship it in and he will take a look at it.

No matter what happens with the ATO, their customer service is great. Prompt responses and helpful. If it gets fixed that will be insane, but even if it doesn't, I applaud their Customer service.
