Tunzee 3055 Eye- dead

It appears my Tunzee 3055 eye took a dump. I can't seem to find just the eye replacement part online. Does anyone know where I can get one?

Doesn't look like Tunze sells just the eye, but your best bet is to contact them directly.

Contact @rvitko on here. He is the US rep for tunze. He replaced my eye and had my unit back to me within a weeks time. I don't remember what it costs, but it wasn't much(think it was under $20).

They cant send the eye out to you? It looks like it just plugs in, unless they do an investigation? Its weird because the eye appears to work at turning the water on, but I keep having issues with the water level going over the eye and hitting the float switch.

Yes it just plugs in, but thats exactly what I wanted him to do, but he insisted I send it to him.

Ugh, so used to my ATO would be hard to go without it. At least the float switch works, I just turned the alarm off and am going off the float right now.

One of the great benefits of buying Tunze stuff is their ability and willingness to help you, so let them. Everybody has stuff that breaks from time to time, but their support goes above and beyond what nearly all others do.

You can add some water to the tank on your own for a few days while this gets sorted. I suggest that you contact him and let him be awesome.
