Tunzee ATO Air Lock

I recently got a Tunzee ATO and noticed every time it runs low or I switch to a new bucket of water it gets air locked. Is that normal? I always have to flip it upside down to get the air bubbles out.

I have experienced this as well. I simply refill my ATO container so I just make it my goal to refill the container before the pump runs dry. You can also open the controller box and increase the pump's speed. That can help the pump prime itself better.

No not normally, happened to mine on first use, I sucked on the tube which fixed it.
Trick is to try not to let the water get so low air gets in the bottom of the pump, I now fill before that happens.

I have experience with this also. To fix, I turn the ATO on, then power it off and the second time I power it on it is fine.
