Turbinaria trouble

I’ve had this coral for about 9 mos. in the last 6 weeks it appears the center was losing some flesh. So I moved it to a higher flow area thinking detritus was settling on it. A few days ago I gave it a mild peroxide dip bc it appeared algae was presenting. Here are some pics now. Anyone have any thoughts? I have other turbinaria and they are fine.

I would've also said detritus. Is it direct flow or turbulent flow? Turbulent is always the best. Turn direct into turbulent by pointing the powerhead at a rock (at least that usually does it). A wavemaker does the same thing.
