has anyone heard of these things eating bryopsis?

Yes they will but some will not. More not than will,it is luck of the draw, and since they all look the same you just have to pick one and hope..

BUT better bryopsis eating snails are Tiger Sand Conchs, well mine eats bryopsis
here is a pic of them off the internet

I threw some frags that had bryopsis on them in the tank with that conch^ and he jumped right on them and mowed it down, along with my desjardini tang....

NP it is really a hit and miss type thing with bryopsis. Hope you get the right CUC member to take care of it 4 you!

+1 I just had a war with byropsis i never found anything that would eat it for me. So i finally tried kent marine magnesium. It works wonders. So if you cant find any thing that will eat it read up on this stuff :)
Good Luck

I tried the kent mag treatment and it started working at first then i noticed a lot of my zoas morphing in color.. some of my best growers even died drastically (could of been unrelated) but I stopped dosing and when I did the next day after my first water change in 1.5 months the next day I saw it poppin up everywhere. 2 days later I was back to hand picking it off the rock.. I've been desperately looking for a lettuce nudi but I'm very short on cash and can't afford to pay 5$ for the nudi and 35$ on shipping. I've been hassling all the stores around me for a week and they all have told me they don't carry them. but someone posted on another one of my threads that he will have one in another 2 weeks so maybe I'll wait and contact him.
