My 2 turbo snails havent eaten or moved from there spots in 2 weeks. Like they are alive youll see in the video they will retract but they wont get up and go just lay sideways all day and night. Ive offered food and nothing. Worried theyll die one of these days and cause a spike.
So should i remove them sadly
Any have this happen? Am i do something wrong or are they just doing something im not use to?
Other 2 snails are fine and my conch and starfish
So its not starving theres plenty of alage
-_- sigh
Any clues

Nitrate is 55 ppm??
And what is phosphate level? It seems to be cutoff.
Maybe bring temp down, although I don't think that is really the problem. I have heard that supposedly Turbos only live about a year anyway, but mine is about 1.5 years old and still perfectly fine.

Nitrate has been slowly going down
Any suggestions to brings it down
I feed every other day

Maybe they just old and done the jobs they needed to do ill let them be

Cut down feeding, feed as much as your fish can eat. More routine water changes, run a fuge if you have the option, or dose NoPox

+1 on this. Aside from a refugium, you could also try an HOB skimmer or a small algae reactor.

Snails are sensitive to high nitrates. And the Mexican turbos are known to die early , and are from cold waters . They are cheap when they die toss em . Get some new ones .

Oh my, I've had most of mine 3-4 years and their golf ball+ size lol. Not sure who said they only live a year but that's certainly not my experience.

Okay besides feeding less and water changes anything to help lower my nitrates
