Turbo snail get out from shell

Hi everyone, do any one see this before, what happen to the snail, dying or just a normal life cycle process?

I don't know what led to this, but they cannot normally leave their shells. What's this setup like?

I have this snail about one year, I keep it in outdoor patio pond, if trace back what I had done recently is I change the af seasalt to redsea salt (blue) and I increase my sanility from 28ppt to 34ppt because I bought a crocea clam about 3 weeks ago.
