Turbo snail SOS

Hi everyone.

Not really sure about the type of snail i have but i think turbo snail acting wierd all day. Its really much out from it shell. It moves but wierd.
I hope it wont die.

I picked it up and its very heavy also.

Suggestions? Ill send a picture and a vuideo also.

did you try flipping it back over

These types of snails can't tip themselves back over so you will need to do so, it's trying to reach for something to grab ahold of.

It will die if you don't flip it back over, they are amazing cleaners but do require a little extra attention

Yes i did try to flip it over. Even tried to put it on the rock and the glass wall, but it fell off. It feels like it doesnt have suction power. Like now its on its side and just... ill film it.

I took it out from the tank in a little jar. At least all the snail went all the way in the shell now. It didnt before. We will see.

Just pop him back into the tank with the opening to his shell facing down and he will be just fine, no need to pull him from the tank
