I'm not lazy, but I work for my employer everyday and will go home tired, so do you guys think if I add a turbo twist uv to my aquarium it will help me not to water change even once every month or 2 months?

Uv will not eliminate water changes. But since you are a very dedicated hard worker, and are exhausted when you're at home, I'd set up an auto water change system so you can relax in front of your tank instead of working on it.

Can you incorporate a water bin somewhere to hold your pre-made salt water? Like garage, basement spare room, then run the small water lines from a dual doser ...... Sump or tank Water out on one head, New water in from your pre-made saltwater container.
Dumb it down from this to fit your budget.
