Turbos/Water change

I was getting ready to do a water change on my 36g when I noticed One of my turbos up at the top of the glass. Will he be ok out of the water while I do the change or should I try to move him down so he stays in the water?

It will be ok, and will probably move on its own. I have had them hang onto the filter returns during the entire water change process. I never timed it, but it takes a few minutes.

they will be fine. mine just fall back into the water if they get too dry
