I have a quick question: What is the typical turn around time to get your result back from Triton? I ask because I decided to try it out and sent a sample in on 2/18. I did actually track the package and was received on 2/22. If I recall, they said 7-10 days from shipping to receive results.

I have not received an email stating that my results are ready. I did sent a email on Wednesday asking with no response back. I am on day 15 now. Does it normally take this long?

Thanks
Brad

Mine come back around 2weeks. Your right around that now so I'd expect any day. I'd check the triton website occasionally and not count on the email notication since that might get sent to spam unnoticed.

Just curious, as I've never sent water samples in before. But if we're waiting 2 weeks for results how is that helping everyone? (
And that's a real question, not a sarcastic remark just in case someone doesn't read it right lol)

Triton test is NOT to replace your normal CA/ALK/Mag/pH/PO4/Nitrate testing. The Triton test is to verify other elements are not accumulating or deficient which take time to develop not something that immediately just happens in a fish tank ( Unless you did something way out of the ordinary ) Stay proactive and immediate results aren't ciritical.
