Turned up in my sump refugium

Any idea what this is? Hard to tell if it's a clutter of worms or 1 creature with a bunch of worms like arms. I took a little video of it as well since the photo makes it look like a dead piece of chaeto but it's definitely alive. If the photo isn't enough I can post the video.

Need to worry about it or can I just let it be? I don't have anything other than a snail and a ton of pods in the refugium along with chaeto and green lettuce

Nope they are typically harmless. Good free cleanup crew that each detritus
