twinspots_goby's corals :o

Check back on Monday evening for more updated pics under the new Finnex LEDs.

got my Finnex LED bars today and got them installed. These LEDs are really bright. It's a lot brighter than my Icecap LEDs. I didn't have time to take individual shots of my corals and just took a pic of the overall tank shot with just two LED bars on.

it's definitely possible. but two will be much better. One more thing I forgot to share. Even with my T5s on, The LED lights are still visible. That's how bright they are.

a shot of my frag tank under two 48" Icecap LED tubes is the first and a shot of my frag tank under Finnex LEDs in the second. Note that the Finnex LED bar is only 24" long whereas the Icecap LED tube is 48".

I didn't really care aobut the dimmable feature. probably running full potential all the time.

You talked me into one. I'm having my buddy order it tonight.

If I need another I'll get another later.

sweeeet!!!

you will see why i keep saying that everyone should use powerful leds to enjoy the full potential of their corals! :nerd:

you guys might want to watch carefully - i'll bet the 50% power would be best for regular use on lps.

Why do you think the 50% power will be better?
