twisted Anemone contortionist

Our is Anemone is a contortionist, but now he has twisted about 2/3 rds down, and has been that way for a few days. most recent post was 2019 and am wondering if we should intervene?

The first picture was taken about 2 weeks ago.

We normally reach in and untwist them when they twist up
