So I’ve had 1 AI prime running for about a year no problem. Recently (1 week) ago added a second one. So they’re set up as parent/child. So anyways. Sitting on the couch watching TV when the lights turn off.. I’m thinking it’s a little early.. I double check and it is. So this is current schedule and current view of the tank. I can go under manual mode and turn each channel up or down and they will respond but under “auto/schedule” I’m in black out mode... can anyone shed some light (no pun intended) on what might be happening?

Three things that will cause it:
Interruption in wifi signal
Tripped circuit or surge in power
tank temp too warm especially if you have these plugged into an Apex

Nope. Tried resetting the app. Unplug replay lights. If I go in the app and change the time to 10:29 lights will be on to what they are set/scheduled to be. At 10:30 or later they go 100% off. When they’re suppose to be ramping down till 11:50. 11:50 is when they’re suppose to be off... That’s across all my presets...

Not plugged into an apex. WiFi is good and strong. I still have access through the app to play with the light. I can change whatever I want and go manual mode and turn things on.

Interesting... so while doing some research now someone had issues and it was somehow related to their lunar phase effect.. if I turn my lunar effect “off” it brought my lights back... so I’m assuming this has to do with the lunar effect... but why would it turn my lights off completely?!

Do you have the lunar schedule set to on? If so, does it start at 1030 or 1150?

I had it set to start at 10:30 till 12:00am. But now I just turned it off cause if it’s on my lights go out

The lunar effect reduces your set lunar cycle by different degrees each night to simulate the different amount of light by moon phases during the month. The idea is to set your blues to 5 percent for the night and set your lunar cycle to the exact times that it starts and ends. The ai lunar cycle will then reduce that 5 percent down to 0 over the next 15 days and then back to 5 after that, make sense?

So I should have my lunar cycle time start at the time that my blues are at about 5% power and end the cycle at zero?

So set your blues at 5 percent from the time they ramp down, 1150 i think you said, and stay at 5 all day til they start to ramp up, looks like 1130ish by the pic. Then set the lunar cycle from 1150pm til 1130 am.

You will have to set them to 5 at 12 am and also at 12 pm to keep them at 5 during your tanks "nighttime"

Essentially like this? Pardon the crude drawing...

Not like that. Your blues essentially will never be off. While your lights are off for the day, fully ramped down, and your tank is essentially in night mode, your blues are at 5 percent, all night long and the next morning, til they start to all ramp up again. This is also the time scedule to set the lunar cycle to

Yes, and at thise two times as well as 12 pm and 12 am, the blues should be set to 5, and ecerything else 0, pic to follow, mine are set to 6, but 5 is fine
