first is an 400w advanced ballast with a reflector and bulb (not sure how old the bulb is) everything is wired up and ready to go. $110 OBO
175 ice cap ballast wired up in a hamilton box just needs a reflector. i have a de reflector i will give for free if you buy the ballast but you will have to change the end on the reflector.$75 OBO
