my blue tangs just started rubbing against the rocks a lot but they are eating well and don’t have any visual signs besides the rubbing. What should I do to treat the early signs? And what exactly do they have

Please post pics and even video of at least 24 sec under white lighting
Are fish breathing normal or labored?
Any other unusual behaviors?
Darting across tank ?

Nah they look perfectly normal exept the rubbing against the rocks

What other fish are in the tank?
A video would really help.
Otherwise, you could dose with Prazipro to see if that helps.

What should I do to help them

Test for potential ammonia and nitrite. Of course they should both be zero. Once you’ve eliminated that. Parasites are a real possibility. Tangs are prone!
