Can someone help me narrow down possible causes for this? It’s been this way for about 4 days. It isn’t lighting and I have nothing to pick at it. Just conducted a water change last night and maybe it’s helped a touch? Can’t really be sure. Flow is mild. Could it be a pest or disease? (Sorry for the low quality pics)

Best assurance of pest issue is to dip the coral and inspect base and bottom of plug for any bugs or eggs. You can also give it GENTLE bursts from a turkey baster and see if anything dislodges.
Temp 77-79
Mag 1300
Alk 8-9
Ca 440
Nitrate < .4
Salinity 1.025
Moderate light and water flow

Thanks, is that the most likely scenario in your opinion? A pest?

I was thinking something was aggravating it. You can try giving it a coral dip.
