Today, I added another two Radio xr15 gen5 pro led lights to my system. I already own 6 that are working well. Once I plugged them in, one of the units only ran the fan at full blast with no light and the buttons not being lit. The other turned in but would not connect to Mobius. I followed the trouble shooting guide to get it to connect but could not succeed. I find it awkward that two would be defective right out of the box. I’ve emailed tech support but I won’t hear from them on the weekend. If any one has any suggestions, I would be grateful.
