So i have got me a nice pair of fishies. I dont know which one is female yet, if at all, but the pairing has started off well.
I originally had the picasso perc by itself for a couple weeks and he seemd bored. I went shopping and found a misbar ocellaris with very bright coloration and the only misbar is his middle stripe, and it is larger than the perc. . .both still 2in or less.

Im going to let them live together for a year or so and if they mate, awesome, otherwise im going to try with a black ocelarris and the picasso. I will have pics of the clowns up tomorrow, they are in my frag tank, so its dark nah.

I havent found much on breeding these 2 particular kinds, anyone ever seen misbar ocs and picasso percs make love?

Any percula and ocellaris can spawn together. There's not gonna be a lot of info about specific pairings, a lot of them haven't even been tried yet! Let's see some pics!!!

Yeah, i am aware they will pair. Im looking for my mammary card adapter now...i got some nice pics of them. Give me coffee, oh wait, let me make some, and i should have it up soon. Just woke up.

I guess I packed my Stick adapter, So sorry about the phone pics...I actually got a perfect shot on my other camera....stupid droid

YOu cannot see it, but on the white head bar, the black on the inside border is jagged like lighting, the cybershot will show it better If I can get around to looking for it, i PAcked all my stuff since we are moving soon. I only paid 40 for the pic perc and the misbar was like 12. Cant beat that. I dont need a platinum albino tripple maroon onyx to be happy lol...although a lighting maroon would be worth a tank of its own.

Oh yeah, and if you want to have a clown be hosted by a nem or a coral, DO NOT PUT HIM WITH A PVC PIPE. Every clown I have ever had chose the pipe over everything else. SO, with that, after the move I will be covering the pipe with some kind of mushroom or yumas after I re set it up.

And if anyone knows exactly what that black fish is, that would be cool. 6 months ago it had a yellow horizontal line, but he turned all black and has a hint of blue chromis color in the right light and angle? I havent a clue

Black one looks like a over sized damsel.. My buddy had one grow to like 5" and was super aggressive it ripped pieces of skin from his hands and drew blood all the time... He could never catch it in his 300gal so he finally shot it with a blow dart.. True story haha!!!!

Wow! this guy is really nice, he is territorial, but he just likes to school with the baby hippo tangs. He actually lived with my volitan for months unharmed before I sold him. I figure tangs and clowns will be fine even if he gets mean, I have seen what clowns can do and it made my blue devil look like a wuss back when I had him.
