I've searched a few times, but cannot find a definitive answer (it's probably because I'm not using the correct terms in the search)...

I have one available port from my router, but have two apex units that I need to control. Will it work if i buy a splitter and connect both units to the splitter? They both have unique names, so no worries on Fusion thinking they're the same.

Thanks! I'll grab one on the way home.

Is there anything specific I should do when hooking both units into the switch, or is it pretty straight forward?

By default the apex uses DHCP so each one will get a unique IP address from the router and it is just like you have 2 computers .... should be straight forward. You can do static IP just make sure not to use the same IP for both them
