Nice. Go to your camera, click on modes or whatever it's called, click on pro mode.
Go to white balance, click on the "K" (it's for Kelvin), and move it all the way to 10000k. Then just play with your shutter speed (the fraction) and ISO and you'll be able to find a sweet spot for pictures. Faster shutter speed (bigger denominator) will give you a clearer picture of movement, but will be a darker picture. Higher ISO will also give you a brighter picture.
I usually run around 1/30 shutter speed unless trying to get a picture of moving fish, and then play with my ISO until the picture is bright enough. If I need to grab something that's moving, I'll max out my ISO and then adjust to as fast of a shutter speed as I can while still having a light enough picture.
Also, on my S6, I've noticed that the picture is usually a little brighter on my screen than in the gallery since the camera app changes my screen brightness to 100%.
