The cinnamon would take over the PD.

Probably. I still remember when I got the single Cinnamon polyp. It was the size of a quarter. Did not realize how big each polyp would get. The main is bigger then some of the heads on my duncan... That purple death would never get light. But what if I took a baby cinnamon?

I think they key with the pd+ng is that the polyps are pretty much exactly the same besides color. The grandis on the other hand is a large polyp that is not even close to shape/size of a pd/ng. The same thing happens with eagle eyes and radioactive dragon eyes.

If only we could mix a purple hornet and a raptors rainbow... mmmm

A Hornet and a Rainbow. That would be sweet!

There are much better purple polyps than the PD's. PD's are pest ugly IMO.

interesting, so you didn't cut polyps in half and join them together? Ive had my pd and ng together for about 8 months and they have never done that. Here is a pic

Here's mine that just occurred naturally. They've held this color for months now (the few that morphed). Every once in awhile a new two-face pops up even though they are not even close to my NG.

This is kind of like the paly equivalent of the SPS Grafted Simplex. Very cool.
Dave

Not really.
The grafted simplex was a transfer of pigment for one stony to another. Isn't that what happened here? Didn't one paly transfer pigment to another?
