Two fish missing in 10 days..... Just bad luck?

Lost a Possum Wrasse a few days ago, she was one of my first fish and put it down to age.
Yesterday I noticed my basslett missing.
Both fish were active, feeding very well.

I run a 2ft cube, central bonsai structure, LPS & SPS, using Zeo for ultra low nutrients.
Other stock is...
5x hermits
2x conch
1x small mitherax crab
2x clowns
1x dwarf angel
1x bi colour blenny

Everything is running as normal, readings are spot on, all fish/inverts are feeding.
Deltec skimmer is running as normal.

No sign or sounds from the tank.... Pistol shrimps, Bobbitt worms etc. Stayed up for 2hrs at lights out just in case.


Do I really need to strip the tank to find something responsible, or is it bad luck?

Feed every evening. Various flake and frozen foods plus LPS foods twice a week.
Tank is well established.
