Two fleshy tubes under Acan?

My Aussie lord has these two fleshy tubes under the Acan (on the stem). They don’t open up any bigger than this. At first I thought they were maybe new polyps, but they haven’t changed in a month (since I got it). Any idea what it is?

Those are just new polyps, eventually they'll get just as big as the main one it just takes awhile, make sure your parameters are in check so they'll grow faster.
