Two little critters hanging out on a hermit

So I noticed today that one of the survivors of The Great Hermit Crab War of '16 is hauling around some hitchhikers. These are not great pics, I'll try to get better ones tomorrow.

On the left side of his shell is a little disc with what looks like an aiptasia coming out - it closes up when something gets close. On the right are two little volcano-shaped things that I think are maybe sponges?

Right side is definitely a sponge, the left side is very hard to tell, perhaps a ball anemone?
