Is it necessary to add both parts A and B when making adjustments? My Calcium is at 380, Alk 7.5, PH 8.2, mag 1360. I would like to increase my calcium to 420. Is it necessary to add equal parts? I only want to increase the calcium. I use kalk in my ato for daily needs.

Yes you should. The easiest way to increase both is several water changes.

If you look at the yellow graph. your right about in the blue dot. That's a correct ratio
If your alk is dropping so is your Cal.

When making a one time correction to calcium, DO NOT add the proportional amount of alk because alk will get too high.

For routine dosing based on alk demand (that's how to decide the dose), dose both equally unless calcium is already too high.

Thanks, I just added Part A, since my PH is already high and I'm trying to keep my ALK around 7-7.5 because I'm using a Zeovit system.
