Two overflows one works the other doesn’t

I’m confused it was working earlier now all of a sudden one of the overflows stopped putting water into my sump... been trying to figure it out for the past hr. Please let me know what could be wrong

Does this bubble have anything to do with it

Cannot really tell much from that picture. We would need more details about what type of overflows you have to help.
