Hi! I have a Red Sea Foundation testing kit. My calcium reads 500ppm but my alkalinity is 7.2 dKh.

I have some Seachem Reef Fusion two part. Do I just slowly dose alkalinity unit I reach that 8-10 level.

Correct. Add what you need to get your levels to where you want them, and then from there on out dose in equal amounts. Dont increase your alk by more then 1.5 dkh over 24 hours though :)

What about the calcium being at 500? Is that too high? Or will it come down on its own?
It's a little out of range, but not dangerously. I would say let it come down on it's own as your corals consume it :)
