Right now iam using 350ml of alk and calcium from two part can i supplement with kalk ?

Sure, you can use kalkwasser as all or part of the top off in any system, as long as the addition is slow enough and the alk is not getting too high.

If you dont already know make sure you have a backup float switch for your ATO to turn it off just in case main gets stuck on if thats the way you are going to introduce Kalk. The last thing you want to be doing is dumping full ato worth of kalk into the MDT. Best of luck
