Two questions..

1- High light, low moderate flow

2-carpet nems, bta's, long tentacle, etc. Most of the common ones
 
Careful with carpet anemone's as they can be aggressive and some other fish may fall victim to it. I believe it is carpets that want to be in the sand. Nems also tend to do better when they have clowns to host them.
