The plan for my tank stocking wise is a pair of clowns ,coral beauty, bicolor blenny, bangi Cardinal, carpenter wrasse, anthias, green Chromis and my only concern is a two spot bristle tang do you think those fish would have any problems
One of my concerns is that my two spot is order and will be one of the first fish along with my clowns and blenny nervous for my future fish , should I be worried?

IME your biggest issue will be the coral beauty (also deep bodied) and the blenny (my truncatus hates blennies, suspect due to it also being an algae eater). It is however not impossible to add the fish after the two spot, just add new fish to a clear acclimation box for a week or 2 so the tang can get used to the new fish without being able to get to it. Tangs also seem to be aggressive to a fish up to a point (a week or 2), but then seems to accept the new fish and ignores it.

I have a similar bristletooth and add a small mirror every new fish i add. It gets so distracted by the reflection that nothing else matters. After 10 minutes it is fine for me to remove and i feed.
