Two spots by gills

I have a school of blue green reef chromis, one has 2 small lighter color spots, one directly above the other, just behind the the gill on the right side of the fish. He is moving way to fast for me too be able to get a picture. They are small and lighter but very noticeable. Any one have a guess?
