Two types of critters

I had this tile laying on the sandbed. When I lifted it up, I saw these two types of critters. I think the longer, darker worm are probably bristle worms. What about the short, whiteish things near the bottom?

I also see some Collonista snails in that picture. You already have a nice crew of beneficial hitchhikers.
