Type of bristle worm?

After some research I'm thinking this is a bristle worm. Am I correct? Good or bad? I read some types are good, some are bad. How do I determine what type it is? I also read coral banded shrimp will eat them. I put one of those shrimp in the tank a few weeks ago.

Looks like a simple bristle worm. They are good clean up crew in my opinion.
