Type of overflow needed?

I have a 46 gallon bowfront tank that is drilled on each end of the back. Drilled for 1 inch bulkheads. Which overflow method should i use? And where's the best place to get it?

My guess is that was drilled for an external durso drain and a single return. You're somewhat limited in options for returns with how low that is drilled unless you were to put an overflow box in front of it.

i wanna do some type of internal overflow box if i can. does anyone custom make the coast to coast boxes?
