Types of Trochus snails

I hear great things about trochus snails as part of a clean up crew. I imagine there are different kinds of trochus but I also suspect some people are using different names for the same trochus.

IPSF has "hawaiian trochus grazers"

Reefcleaners has the "banded trochus" and the "white banded trochus". I have also heard "red banded trochus" which I think might another name for the "banded trochus". I also suspect all of these of the "banded" type are also called black footed trochus.

My question is: Is there any real difference between how effective the different types are as part of a clean up crew? Are there types that are no good for aquariums?

I am not sure which are better but the main reason I like them is because they can flip themselves back over better then other snails. That is the main reason I thought they were popular.
